Lusail is a purpose-built city masterplanned for Qatar National Vision 2030 and developed largely by Qatari Diar. It is organised into districts spanning residential, commercial and leisure uses.

It sits immediately north of Doha in Al Daayen, linked by the Metro Red Line, the Lusail tram and major highways. Stock is waterfront apartments, townhouses and villa plots; select districts including The Seef and Huzoom offer foreigner freehold.
