Selling or Renting Out a Property

Listing on Marinsh is free and takes under five minutes.

   Sign in

   You need a Marinsh account to post a listing. Sign up if you don't have one — it's free.

   Go to Sell

   Click Sell in the navigation bar. You'll see the listing form.

   Fill in the details

   Add your property title, description, type, price, area, number of beds/baths, location, and contact details. Upload up to 10 photos.

   Pin your location

   Drop a pin on the map to show buyers exactly where the property is. Tick 'Verified location' once you've confirmed it's accurate.

   Publish

   Click Publish. Your listing goes live immediately and appears in search results and the map.

Managing your listings

• •Go to Account → My Listings to edit, archive, or delete any listing you own.
• •Change the status to Draft to hide a listing temporarily, or Archived once it's sold or rented.
